Well Bob, we are all here as you planned it.
No, we didn't forget you old pal.
And those eye watering jokes that you told us
Are going to haunt us all now.
And it's no use us trying to replace you,
They've broken the mould as they say.
And our last memory is just as it should be.

We begin the season with our bookings diary, as usual, full to overflowing. Our boats are all in good shape; Lady Victoria has undergone a fundamental and costly re-fit, while all the others have been carefully checked over and necessary modifications carried out, largely by our excellent volunteers. We are very pleased that a good number of our newer volunteers have qualified as certificated skippers and are looking forward to the challenges ahead. It is with some trepidation that we anticipate the weather forecasts!

Our popular Festive Event takes place this year on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th December. Boats will depart from LIDL, Mirfield, from 0945 until 1430 each day, but please bear in mind that departures after 1400 allow less time at Santa's Grotto because return trips to Mirfield need to be completed before full darkness falls.
Adult passengers must be accompanied by at least one child, and travel free. Price per child is £7.50 for one, and £5.00 for second and subsequent children in same family group.
